Noisy Stuff From the Pacific Northwest and Beyond

TEST FRENZY

TEST FRENZY is a visceral response to the all pervading darkness that covers the modern world’s political, economic and environmental collapse that seemingly points to our inevitable apocalyptic end. Sometimes it feels right to shine a bright light through the murkiness, but other times it makes more sense to try and reflect the grime back at ‘THEM’, to wallow in it, to hide, to sink down into the twilight and bide…. That and producer J. M. McNulty just really wanted to have fun doing an old school industrial style project featuring distorted 808’s (let’s face it. distorted everything) and bass heavy synths.

J. M. McNulty is a Seattle based producer, engineer and musician who has been a part of 40+ NW bands in his career (and counting). Most notably BlöödHag, of which he was a founding member, as well as Android Hero, Birds of Prey, White Jazz and his long running solo projects, Ambergris and Null Frequency Impulser. His current projects include heavy rockers Githyanki and synth punks, The Neins. He is co-host of the popular podcast, Tomorrow We Die!

His partner in crime, Marc-Anthony Burno, is a brilliant multi-instrumentalist and producer in his own right with long running projects Lobe and Slave Traitor under his belt. He is a current member of Githyanki as well as his electronic duo ManWoMan.

For fans of early Skinny Puppy, Throbbing Gristle, Test Dept. Revolting Cocks, Butthole Surfers and, obviously, Twin Peaks.
